Shipping

We aim to make your Senss shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here’s what to expect with shipping:

Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days. Free shipping for orders over RM150.

Need it fast? Select express shipping at checkout for delivery in 1-2 business days.

We ship worldwide, with delivery times varying by location. International orders may be subject to customs fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your package’s journey. You can also track your order directly on our website under Order History in your account.

Returns

At Senss, we believe in the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we handle returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Contact us at returns@senss.com with your order details. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
